King Wants Andrew to Lose Vice Admiral Position, Official States
Defense authorities is actively proceeding to revoke Andrew Mountbatten Windsor remaining ceremonial military position following the direction of King Charles, the defense minister has said.
The minister stated the King had "indicated that's what he wishes".
Andrew, who was stripped of his royal prince status on this past week, kept his naval rank in the British Navy after surrendering his other military positions in two years ago.
"This is a move that's right, it's a move the King has indicated we should take and we are currently addressing this matter," Healey informed a television interview.
